The announcement comes as the band continues to build a dedicated following through relentless touring and electrifying live performances.
The album, recorded at the renowned Black Bay Studio on the Isle of Lewis, showcases Brògeal’s distinctive sound. The Making of ‘Tuesday Paper Club’
The title track, now available for streaming, offers a glimpse into Brògeal’s roots in the Scottish town of Falkirk. Lead singer Daniel Harkins shares the story behind the song, revealing its origins as a poem written during his time working at a local pub, the Wheatsheaf. “It was a Tuesday, and there were about three punters in, all sitting in silence reading the papers,” Harkins recalls. “Out of boredom, this little poem came about and ended up being more about older people’s views on the young.”
Harkins later added chords to the poem, transforming it into a song that quickly became a favorite among the band members. “It instantly became an absolute foot stomper, and it’s one of our favorite songs to play live now,” he adds.
