His most recent position was as CFO at Cvent, where he was instrumental in increasing revenue from $150 million to nearly $1 billion. Newman also played a key role in Cvent’s $4.6 billion acquisition by Blackstone in 2023. At Redwood, he will lead financial strategy and operations, focusing on supporting the company’s rapid expansion and meeting rising customer demand.

Jason Kehl: Senior Vice President of Engineering

Jason Kehl brings a decade of experience from Vectra AI, where he led engineering and data science for AI-based cybersecurity solutions. His previous roles include leading a global engineering team at Cisco and serving as Vice President of Engineering at Juniper Networks. At Redwood, Kehl will oversee the development of scalable automation products that integrate current systems with emerging AI technologies.

Sahil Shah: Senior Vice President of Global Alliances and Business Development

With over 20 years in strategic partnerships, Sahil Shah has held senior roles at SAP, Icertis, and Qualtrics. At SAP, he was pivotal in shaping the company’s early cloud and partner strategy. At Redwood, Shah will lead global partnerships for ERP-driven transformations and strategic Tier-1 channel partners, including GSIs, ISVs, and VARs.
