On July 4, Annapolis will launch its fireworks from a floating barge in the harbor. Prime viewing spots include City Dock, the Naval Academy Bridge, and parks along Spa Creek, such as Acton’s Cove, Lafayette, and Amos Garrett waterfront parks. Boat owners can dock in the harbor for an unparalleled view. The fireworks are set to begin at 9:15 p.m., with spectators encouraged to arrive by 8 p.m. to secure their spots.
